Hi I’m Mariana Santiago-Jimenez, HWC.

When I got married, I was close to 300 pounds.

Like many brides, I thought the wedding day would be the most important part—but what stayed with me wasn’t the photos, the dress, or even the celebration. It was the quiet realization that I didn’t feel like myself. I had planned every detail of that day… except how I wanted to feel in my body.

Looking back, I don’t regret my wedding—but I do wish I had started caring for myself during the planning process. Not out of pressure to lose weight, but to feel strong, clear, and connected to myself.

That moment sparked a deeper journey—not just toward weight loss, but toward creating a version of wellness that actually worked for me.

As I approached my 30th birthday, I decided to take ownership of my health. I embraced a plant-based lifestyle, discovered my gluten sensitivity, and committed to nourishing myself from the inside out. When the pandemic hit, it tested every habit and mindset shift I had made—but I stayed the course.

I lost 100 pounds. But more importantly, I gained self-trust, energy, confidence, and a new sense of purpose.

That passion led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach. I now help women define what wellness looks like for them—without extremes, without shame, and without sacrificing joy.

Then came motherhood.

Pregnancy, postpartum, and learning to care for my daughter Eriana reshaped my world. I couldn’t stick to a strict plant-based diet anymore. My body changed again. I experienced the highs and lows of hormone shifts, weight fluctuations, and learning to feed both myself and my baby in ways that felt nourishing—not overwhelming.

Now, I’m back in the middle of the work—losing the baby weight, rebuilding my habits, and redefining what balance looks like in this new season of life.

This journey has taught me that wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about honoring your body, listening to your needs, and building habits that fit your life—not the other way around.

If you're a bride, a new mom, or simply a woman ready to feel like herself again, I see you. You don’t need a reset—you need a roadmap that feels like you.

Let’s build it together.
